Service Level Agreement (SLA)
With certain customers we have made other agreements. These are recorded in a separate document, a so-called SLA. These agreements differ per customer and can therefore not be found here.
If you have any questions about these service level agreements, please contact us or the appropriate person within your own organization.
Processing agreement
Separate agreements have been made with some customers about the processing of personal data through a processing agreement. This processing agreement then replaces the part of the terms and conditions about data processing.
In all cases the following applies:
Processing data*
We process - among other things - personal data for and on behalf of our customers. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we must conclude a processing agreement with our customers.
This agreement describes the agreements that we as ‘processor’ and the customer as ‘controller’ have made about handling personal data.

Privacy rights*
We process customer data, but have no control over it. That is why we will never provide personal data to data subject and third parties without explicit permission or legal obligation.
Customers remain responsible for informing and assisting data subjects. We will therefore always refer those involved to the responsible (controller).
Data breach notification*
The GDPR requires the data controller to report data breaches to the relevant authority. That is why we do not report it ourselves. We do, however, inform the customer correctly, timely and completely about relevant incidents. So that you as ‘data controller’ can meet your obligations.
