The Equipment Manager gives you a good overview of the working equipment in your organization and helps ensure that all inspections take place on time and are registered. This means that you continue to satisfy the various standards and audits regarding equipment, such as BS EN 50110.
Via the Equipment Manager, data is always available and, on the basis of authorization levels, it is easy to determine which data can be made accessible to whom, and who can enter and edit these. It is also possible to assign inspections to specific persons or contractors. As soon as he or she logs in, an inspector will only see the equipment for which an inspection has to be carried out and the date by which it must take place. This makes the Equipment Manager very easy to understand and use.
