The Employability Manager is an online system for optimizing and safeguarding the quality and employability of employees.

The system helps oversee organizations in the activities that safeguard and improve performance. It ensures that all employees know what qualifications and competences are expected of them.

It is possible to enter employees, functions, workstations, qualifications and competences and to make connections between all these aspects. This enables you to create a personal development plan (PDP) as well as a business development plan (BDP).

What’s more, it is also possible to specify the competences (know-how, skills, attitude) and qualifications which are necessary for a function, workplace or activity. This makes it possible to ascertain the employability of employees and to establish and manage the ‘training gaps’ of employees or departments.

Instructions, process descriptions, manuals, CBTs (Computer Based Training), etc. that are used in the educational or training programme and which are stored in the organization’s internal network may be activated and consulted and/or studied by the employee from his or her personal development plan. Likewise, the assessment of employees is possible using the HRM tools. Assessments are based on competences and by using a self-determined scoring scale.

As several authorization levels can be set, it is possible to restrict access to certain information to those who are authorized to do so.
